Handle inbound calls and online leads to arrange in-home sales appointments for Safe Step walk-in tubs. Use contact center tools and a consultative sales process to qualify prospects and support Safety Specialists.

- Handle incoming calls and promptly follow up on online leads.
- Schedule in-home appointments for Safety Specialists.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls using a dialer.
- Use a structured sales process to turn leads into in-home sales opportunities.
- Listen carefully to identify customer needs.
- Ask targeted questions and address objections.
- Gather information that can support the eventual sale.
- Maintain quality throughout the lead-setting process.
- Track and meet contact center performance metrics.
- Work with colleagues, applying geographic knowledge and lead-setting skills.

- Be available to work Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Have experience in a modern contact center, particularly with consultative sales, customer conversion, and lead generation.
- Experience in an automated contact center is preferred.
- Show a successful record in phone sales, consultative selling, appointment setting, or related contact center work.
- Have strong technical skills.
- Be able to switch among omnichannel contact center software, a CRM, mapping tools, Microsoft Office, and other cloud-based tools.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in conversation.
- Have strong grammar, spelling, and writing skills.
- Understand North American geography well.
- Be open to coaching individually or in a team and to having work evaluated in real time.
- Be prepared to work remotely, communicating only by video conference, instant messaging, and phone.
- Manage tasks across multiple software platforms.
