Manage calendars for the Honors College Dean and Associate Dean
Arrange requested meetings and maintain media room and annex calendars
Answer the front desk phone when student staff are unavailable
Serve as the designated contact for student workers and timecards when the office administrator is unavailable
Coordinate travel for the Honors College Dean and Associate Dean
Schedule internal events for the full team
Reconcile Honors College expenses
Coordinate office responsibilities with the office administrator
Support purchasing and expense reconciliation for affiliated units
Prepare Governors Honors Academy course offerings and responsibility documents
Reserve classrooms and coordinate evening faculty presentations
Prepare faculty shopping lists and oversee academy purchasing
Participate in Governors Honors Academy planning meetings
Organize materials requested by faculty
Coordinate student transportation between campuses and for off-campus trips
Arrange off-campus travel
Update the Governors Honors Academy student handbook and medication form
Create Qualtrics forms for student information, insurance scans, waivers, and signatures
Collaborate with deans to revise the course request form
Communicate with high schools and parents about the Governors Honors Academy
Provide payroll assistance
Complete other assigned duties at the direction of the department.

Bachelor’s degree
At least one year of experience with WVU business systems
Equivalent combinations of related education and experience may be considered
Valid U.S. driver’s license, as the role requires transporting students to events and making pickups and deliveries
Master’s degree preferred
Familiarity with WVU, the Honors College, and Governors Honors Academy preferred
