- Balance commercial priorities and colleague experience while managing risk.

- Experience in industrial relations, employee relations or workforce relations.
- A record of working in large, complex organisations.
- Experience engaging employee representative groups, works councils or recognised trade unions.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Understanding of collective consultation, employee representation and industrial relations practice.
- Confidence influencing senior leaders and earning their trust.
- Skill in navigating complex stakeholder environments and finding practical solutions.
- A commercially aware, resilient and collaborative approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
