  • Reach out to donors by phone to express appreciation, share mission updates, and offer intercessory prayer
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with donors and the wider support community
  • Coordinate email and SMS communications, including configuration, scheduling, and automated follow-ups
  • Draft individualized donor correspondence and letters for distribution
  • Update and publish project progress information on the website and other communication channels
  • Track and answer inquiries received through email, social media, and relevant platforms
  • Keep donor profiles, contact records, and communication preferences accurate and current
  • Complete CRM data-cleaning tasks and maintain well-organized records of donor interactions
  • Support donor engagement initiatives during suitable hours across U.S. time zones
  • Distribute donor surveys and collect feedback
  • Track donor replies, engagement patterns, and communication performance data
  • Create reports and deliver insights that strengthen donor engagement and outreach efforts
  • Handle administrative and secretarial duties when required
  • Support departmental activities that keep daily operations running efficiently

  • Prior experience in virtual assistance, customer service, donor relations, communications, or administrative support is preferred
  • Experience using CRM or donor management platforms is advantageous
  • Bring a service-focused approach and comfort working in a mission-driven setting
