Cyber Security

Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, with an emphasis on sales and related roles across the business
  • Partner strategically with senior leaders to connect hiring requirements with workforce planning
  • Develop pipelines for future recruitment needs while delivering on current vacancies across Saudi Arabia
  • Guide business leaders and line managers on recruitment activities, policies, procedures, selection methods, competency frameworks, and interview practices
  • Create recruitment plans, evaluate job descriptions, select attraction channels, and streamline the hiring process for managers
  • Lead regional and global Talent Acquisition programs, including employee referral initiatives
  • Identify candidates through headhunting, advertising, referrals, and database search
  • Conduct competency-based HR and biographical interviews
  • Coordinate CV, interview, and offer feedback between candidates and line managers
  • Investigate innovative sourcing approaches and create solutions that produce high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Prepare quantitative and qualitative recruitment reporting when requested
  • Maintain and operate the Workday applicant tracking system
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to improve the quality standard of new hires joining CrowdStrike

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience conducting direct hiring in Saudi Arabia
  • Background in a software vendor or technology organization
  • Hands-on experience recruiting sales professionals
  • Ability to deliver projects in a matrixed organization
  • Extensive use of direct sourcing methods, including headhunting, search, advertising, database research, and referral campaigns
  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives
  • Knowledge of candidate attraction methods and when to apply them
  • Knowledge of selection and assessment tools and when to use them
  • Understanding of HR policies, processes, and employment legislation
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies against demanding timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborative team member who can support colleagues during periods of heavy workload
  • Excellent English fluency is required
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation abilities
  • Clear communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Ability to build relationships in person and by telephone
  • Demonstrated use of AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, processes, efficiency, and business outcomes
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday, is a plus
  • Knowledge of psychometric profiling is a plus
