Senior Training and Performance Partner - Penn Mutual Remote

Description

  • Convert HTK Operations’ business, technology, regulatory, and workforce needs into practical training and readiness plans
  • Create, deliver, and maintain blended learning, job aids, communications, assessments, and point-of-need support
  • Facilitate learning for employees, leaders, subject matter experts, and business trainers
  • Use feedback and performance data to refine learning solutions
  • Prepare employees for technology and workflow changes through materials, pilots, rollouts, reinforcement, and measurement
  • Maintain onboarding programs, role-based curricula, systems and regulatory training, proficiency assessments, and cross-training resources
  • Apply and promote knowledge-management and Shelf governance standards
  • Track content accuracy, currency, ownership, usability, and review status
  • Work with Operations and Quality to assess performance trends, errors, audit findings, and risks
  • Recommend and assess training and performance enhancements
  • Lead assigned initiatives, align stakeholders and dependencies, report progress and risks, and escalate significant issues
  • Use Microsoft 365, learning platforms, and AI-enabled tools to improve training, content development, technical writing, analysis, and knowledge management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, organizational development, instructional design, financial services, or a related discipline; equivalent education and experience may qualify
  • At least five years of experience in training, performance consulting, organizational development, operational readiness, knowledge management, or a related area
  • At least five years of Broker-Dealer and/or RIA experience, including familiarity with brokerage functions such as new accounts, cashiering, trading, commissions, licensing, operations controls, advisor support, or supervision
  • Strong capabilities in instructional design, facilitation, adult learning, communication, analysis, influencing, and project management
  • Proven ability to manage assigned initiatives and competing priorities independently
  • Experience turning complex operational, regulatory, technical, and business requirements into usable learning and performance-support solutions
  • Ability to align stakeholders, promote follow-through, and influence results without direct authority
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, learning tools such as Articulate 360, and AI-enabled platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or comparable tools
