Description

  • Manage a live portfolio of at least 10 roles and deliver at least four hires each month
  • Own recruitment processes from intake through accepted offer
  • Create search plans for each vacancy and maintain progress through close
  • Analyze funnel data to identify obstacles, guide decisions, and sustain search momentum
  • Set clear expectations with hiring managers and hold stakeholders accountable
  • Use gaming and iGaming networks to engage passive candidates
  • Map talent markets, competitors, locations, and adjacent sectors to build future pipelines
  • Craft distinctive outreach messages that encourage candidate responses
  • Use market and compensation insights to challenge assumptions about talent availability and pay
  • Develop relationships with prospective candidates before suitable roles become available
  • Apply AI to research, market mapping, sourcing, outreach, interview design, and reporting
  • Improve ATS workflows and automation to reduce administrative work
  • Evaluate new tools, channels, and candidate-attraction ideas through testing and measurement
  • Lead intake discussions to define hiring needs, success measures, and standards
  • Advise senior leaders with evidence from market intelligence and recruitment data
  • Create focused candidate assessments
  • Deliver a recruitment experience that is fast, transparent, and fair

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success as a high-performing recruiter in gaming, iGaming, or a closely related field while managing a substantial requisition workload
  • Established gaming talent network and a strong understanding of where exceptional candidates are found and how to engage them
  • Advanced direct-sourcing ability, including a record of filling roles other recruiters could not
  • Practical experience with AI recruiting tools and modern ATS platforms
  • Greenhouse experience is advantageous
  • Commercial credibility with senior stakeholders and the confidence to challenge their assumptions
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management and problem-solving
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly for candidate outreach
