n8n is a secure, AI-native workflow automation company building flexible tools for technical teams. Its platform connects business systems and supports complex, multi-step workflows and autonomous AI agents across areas such as IT, security, and sales operations. Developers can extend automations with JavaScript or Python, choose between self-hosted and cloud deployments, and use n8n’s open-source foundation to manage everything from everyday processes to enterprise and mission-critical automation. The company’s hiring context centers on a technical product that serves organizations seeking greater control, extensibility, and efficiency in how they design and run automated workflows.
