Description

  • Establish the Control Tower operating model, including its structure, forums, roles, and responsibilities
  • Maintain collaboration and connectivity across all programme workstreams
  • Create the integrated business and technology cutover blueprint
  • Turn the blueprint into an effective Control Tower operation
  • Direct command, control, decision support, and disciplined execution through rehearsals, live migration, and stabilisation
  • Lead the safe migration of TSB customers and products onto Santander platforms
  • Set and deliver the end-to-end migration strategy

Requirements

  • Extensive leadership experience in cutover or migration events
  • Expertise in integrated runbook architecture
  • Strong command-and-control capability
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, resilience, or incident management
  • Experience managing critical paths
  • Experience in incident management
  • Knowledge of contingency and rollback planning
  • Understanding of operational resilience
  • Experience producing event management information
  • Experience leading stabilisation and close-out activities
  • Calm, senior leadership under pressure
  • Rapid synthesis and sound judgement
  • Ability to direct large matrixed teams
  • Strong challenge, communication, and decision discipline
  • Availability to work from the office at least 12 days each month
  • Ability to travel to one of the primary locations listed in the advert
