The Crown Estate
The Crown Estate
The Crown Estate manages a varied UK property and land portfolio spanning urban destinations, rural estates and development sites. Its holdings include Regent Street and St James’s in London’s West End, Windsor Great Park, and the seabed and coastline around England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Established by an Act of Parliament, The Crown Estate operates independently on a commercial basis, with net revenue profit paid to the Treasury. Its remit brings together property, retail and energy interests with the aim of creating lasting environmental, social and financial value for the nation.
