Savings and Retirement Plan Administrator - Quebec City (Hybrid)

Administer complex savings and retirement plan transactions for iA Financial Group. Review requests, reconcile plans, validate transactions, and support clients and advisors.

Description

  • Administer savings and retirement plans by handling enrolments, contributions, amendments, withdrawals, transfers, and terminations
  • Complete processing within service deadlines while meeting plan-specific and compliance requirements
  • Review requests for completeness and compliance before entering them into administrative systems
  • Contact clients to obtain missing or incomplete information
  • Investigate system-generated errors, including payroll-file rejections, and identify the appropriate next steps
  • Work closely with service teams, plan administrators, advisors, and consultants
  • Reconcile plan records while delivering consistently high-quality customer service
  • Verify financial transactions and process purchases, sales, and transfers
  • Produce financial and transaction-related reports
  • Rank requests according to client impact, financial consequences, and processing deadlines

Requirements

  • Background in administrative work
  • Experience serving customers or processing claims
  • Able to work quickly and accurately while managing a high volume of requests
  • Familiarity with administrative and financial documentation
  • Skilled at checking documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Strong collaboration and follow-up abilities
  • Intermediate proficiency in English
  • Able to regularly process, interpret, and verify administrative and transaction documents in English with clients, plan administrators, advisors, and consultants
