Description

  • Renew assigned customers through the designated workflows, ensuring proper handling, classification, and follow-up
  • Handle customer calls across multiple channels to understand non-renewal reasons and recover outstanding balances
  • Contact customers who have not renewed their invoices, identify the cause, and secure payment
  • Document every customer interaction accurately

Requirements

  • Completed technologist-level qualification
  • At least one year of experience in account collections, negotiation, customer service, customer loyalty, retention, and sales
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools

  • University or technical program studies
  • One year of professional experience
