Remote Technical Support Call Center Representative – Claro Peru

Description

  • Resolve questions, provide guidance, and assist customers who need help with their mobile devices
  • Deliver customer service support for Claro Peru
  • Complete paid training
  • Work an eight-hour afternoon shift scheduled within the 14:00–00:00 window

Requirements

  • Have a Windows 11 Pro or Enterprise PC or laptop
  • Provide a headset
  • Have a wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 40 Mbps
  • Secondary education completed
  • Applicants with or without customer service experience are welcome
  • Be available for full-time afternoon work, eight hours within the 14:00–00:00 window
  • Be prepared to work and complete training remotely
