Description

  • Lead enterprise strategy and daily operations when CEO and President responsibilities are combined
  • Set strategy, allocate capital and manage external relationships when CEO and President or COO roles are separate
  • Provide enterprise-wide leadership and report to the Board of Directors in complex organizations
  • Work with the Board Chair and lead the CXO executive team
