Regional Events Account Manager - Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Lead Jacuzzi Bath Remodel’s field marketing team and big-box retail partnerships across the Raleigh region. Grow store-level lead generation and revenue through hiring, training, performance management, and event strategy.

Description

  • Build and lead a team of Field Marketing Representatives through recruiting, hiring, and selection
  • Manage ATS applications, develop talent pipelines, encourage referrals, and source candidates in the field
  • Create and deliver onboarding and training programs covering product expertise, lead-generation methods, and Jacuzzi standards
  • Develop representatives through recurring training, store visits, and individual coaching sessions
  • Create staffing schedules and coverage plans designed to increase lead generation
  • Promote an energetic, accountable, and supportive team environment
  • Establish and oversee KPIs for captured leads, lead quality, demonstration rates, store coverage, and event results
  • Provide skills training and evaluate its impact through changes in lead volume, quality, and conversion
  • Assess weekly team performance and convert findings into coaching plans, training priorities, event changes, and staffing decisions
  • Manage regional partnerships with big-box vendor locations
  • Develop working relationships with store managers, department leaders, and associates
  • Oversee store performance across the assigned territory against weekly and monthly lead-generation goals
  • Train store associates and department supervisors on product knowledge
  • Create and update training resources, including in-store demonstrations, talk tracks, leave-behind materials, and digital content
  • Diagnose underperforming stores and implement improvement plans spanning training, staffing, merchandising, and event support
  • Collaborate with Jacuzzi Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Installation teams to improve lead conversion and the customer experience
  • Project and manage field activity budgets, event expenses, and staffing costs against anticipated returns
  • Increase revenue by focusing resources on high-return stores and events
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to company leaders and vendor partners
  • Keep CRM and lead-management records accurate and current
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Three to five years of experience in field or trade marketing, events, retail program management, lead generation, or big-box partnerships
  • At least two years of experience hiring, training, developing, and managing a team
  • Proven ability to generate revenue growth in a retail or in-store setting
  • Strong analytical capability, including interpreting lead, sales, and conversion data and turning it into a clear business narrative
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus CRM and lead-management systems such as Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to executive-level retail partners
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly among stores in the assigned territory
  • Highly preferred: experience with The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Costco, or another national big-box retailer
  • Preferred background in home improvement, home services, or another consultative, lead-focused sales environment
  • Preferred experience launching event-based or in-store lead-generation programs from the ground up
