Maintenance Technician, Nestlé Health Science

Maintain mechanical and electrical systems at Nestlé Health Science’s production site in Creully-sur-Seulles. Diagnose equipment faults and carry out preventive maintenance.

Description

  • Monitor mechanical and electrical components and production facilities
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Keep equipment compliant within the assigned area
  • Resolve safety deviations and escalate issues addressed through temporary fixes
  • Perform equipment lockout/tagout (LOTO)
  • Return equipment affected by temporarily mitigated deviations to its original condition
  • Ensure maintenance work does not compromise food safety
  • Diagnose breakdowns using tests and measurements, including voltmeter, ammeter, and vibration analysis
  • Identify and complete the work needed to restore systems to operation
  • Adjust mechanical and electrical components to match documentation and production requirements
  • Prepare and complete scheduled maintenance work
  • Inspect and diagnose component condition and settings while equipment is stopped
  • Work safely in pairs as part of the maintenance team

Requirements

  • A two-year technical degree (Bac +2) in industrial mechanics and automation, industrial maintenance, or electrical engineering
  • Some prior experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry
  • Availability for a five-shift rotation (5x8), including nights and weekends
  • Team-oriented, with strong listening skills and an ability to teach others
  • Rigorous, proactive, and focused on results
