Regeneron Associate Manager, Clinical Laboratory Study Management (Remote)

Lead clinical laboratory study management for Regeneron’s precision medicine programs, coordinating biospecimens, laboratory operations, vendors, and clinical data delivery. Support study execution across therapeutic programs from start-up through close-out.

Description

  • Manage and support Clinical Laboratory Study Managers and external service-provider resources across assigned therapeutic programs and studies
  • Coordinate with clinical study teams, precision medicine leaders, laboratory vendors, CROs, and internal partners on sample collection, testing, and data delivery strategies
  • Direct operational planning and lifecycle activities for central and specialty laboratory services, from study start-up through execution and close-out
  • Monitor clinical sample acquisition and handling to confirm alignment with informed consent requirements and protocol-defined procedures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in laboratory operations, biospecimen management, and sample-related clinical trial processes
  • Contribute to vendor selection by developing RFPs, evaluating bids, and assessing scopes of work
  • Work with data management and sample logistics teams to define processes for laboratory data capture, transfer, blinding, and reporting
  • Assess operational risks, resolve sample-related issues, and support the timely delivery of key study milestones and laboratory outputs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • At least 6–8 years of cross-functional experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, or government settings
  • At least 5 years of clinical trial experience focused on clinical sample collection
  • Extensive experience with clinical laboratory operations, biospecimen logistics, and/or clinical study management
  • Strong command of the technical, clinical, and strategic dimensions of laboratory operations delivery
  • Working knowledge of clinical research, scientific principles, and emerging technologies that support clinical studies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, facilitate internal and external meetings, and develop practical solutions to complex operational problems
