Partner Engagement Program Operations Analyst

Support Red Hat’s partner program through process implementation, automation requirements, reporting, and CRM/PRM enhancements. Resolve partner escalations while coordinating global, cross-functional operations.

Description

  • Implement internal processes that enable the Red Hat Partner Program and incentive programs to scale
  • Define automation requirements for program activities, points, and related functions with Partner Ecosystem, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Resolve complex partner and ecosystem escalations and operational issues
  • Work with Program Management, PMO, and Process teams to improve efficiency and align processes
  • Help develop dashboards and reports for Partner Engagement Experience initiatives and operations
  • Coordinate with IT to implement and test CRM and PRM enhancements
  • Translate business needs into functional automation requirements with Partner Engagement GEO teams and key stakeholders
  • Oversee escalated partner support issues and internal ServiceNow cases
  • Work with process subject-matter experts to put global processes into operation

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in related operational or ecosystem-focused work
  • Experience leading operational processes
  • Strong knowledge of the Red Hat Partner Program
  • Excellent organizational ability
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
  • Ability to work independently with discipline and initiative
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across teams
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience in a matrixed organization
  • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders at every level
