Develop customer-focused technical learning content for HPE Aruba Networking cloud, automation, and management products. Create course modules, documentation, and in-product guidance for networking customers.
Description
- Create, maintain, and deliver customer-facing user content
- Develop feature concepts, in-product guidance, installation instructions, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, and related materials
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and customer needs
- Evaluate product specifications and descriptions to select effective learning approaches
- Use networking products hands-on to understand and improve the customer experience
- Apply established style and production processes to ensure consistent, complete content
- Manage and lead technical documentation initiatives
- Develop customer-focused content for HPE Networking cloud services, automation, and Network Management products
Requirements
- Proven ability to create accurate, high-quality, user-friendly technical content, ideally for advanced software products
- At least five years of experience producing technical content
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or networking certification or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, security, or other advanced software technologies
- Ability to independently and collaboratively research complex technical subjects
- Experience with XML authoring, content management systems, and courseware development tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to use AI tools to scale content production while maintaining quality
- Preferred: practical experience with routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, cloud services, cloud networking, data centers, and network security
- Preferred: familiarity with DITA/XML, Markdown, Microsoft PowerPoint, Agile, JIRA, HPE Aruba Networking, HPE Juniper Networking, and industry networking certifications
