Junior Cashback Analyst - Bucharest Hybrid
Support Samsung customer cashback claims, payments, and reporting across Europe. This hybrid contract role is based in Bucharest.
Description
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with stakeholders to complete project deliverables on time
- Perform defined checks on documents submitted by Samsung customers
- Record and assess customer submissions for cashback claims
- Create claims and process payments
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Own customer issues and track them through resolution
- Prepare and deliver a range of reports
- Manage cashback processes for Samsung customers across Europe
- Complete cashback payments and related reporting on schedule in line with established procedures and policies
Requirements
- Fluent English is required; German, French, or Italian would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and a curious, investigative approach
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment and newly established project
- Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Previous SAP and CRM experience would be an advantage
- Experience documenting processes and work procedures would be an advantage
- Previous client support or back-office experience would be an advantage
