cylib is an Aachen-based energy company developing research-driven solutions for holistic battery recycling. Founded in 2022, it uses a proprietary end-to-end process to recover key battery materials—including lithium, graphite, nickel, cobalt, and manganese—while supporting a more circular and sustainable battery supply chain. The founding team builds on nearly a decade of research focused on returning these raw materials to the battery industry and advancing the green energy transition.
