IT Support Analyst – Hybrid, Medellín
Provide enterprise IT support for Essity users, hardware, software, systems, and applications in a hybrid Medellín role. Manage tickets, incidents, documentation, asset administration, user guidance, and critical outage support.
Description
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and related solutions
- Help manage IT environments, infrastructure, systems, and components
- Own service tickets and support IT asset lifecycle administration
- Support local business applications when required
- Train and guide end users on IT systems, tools, and applications
- Improve IT support services, the knowledge base, and technical documentation
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements
- Monitor and maintain system and endpoint performance and availability
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently
- Record technical procedures, resolutions, and system configurations
- Communicate IT information clearly to users and stakeholders
- Provide extended assistance during critical outages
- Typically report to an IT Team Leader
Requirements
- Relevant high school diploma
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
- Prior experience delivering IT support and solutions is preferred
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
