Aprašymas

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and related solutions
  • Help manage IT environments, infrastructure, systems, and components
  • Own service tickets and support IT asset lifecycle administration
  • Support local business applications when required
  • Train and guide end users on IT systems, tools, and applications
  • Improve IT support services, the knowledge base, and technical documentation
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements
  • Monitor and maintain system and endpoint performance and availability
  • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently
  • Record technical procedures, resolutions, and system configurations
  • Communicate IT information clearly to users and stakeholders
  • Provide extended assistance during critical outages
  • Typically report to an IT Team Leader

Reikalavimai

  • Relevant high school diploma
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Prior experience delivering IT support and solutions is preferred
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
