International Mobility Coordinator | Philips | Lodz Hybrid

Support Philips’ compensation, benefits, international mobility, and transportation programs in a hybrid Lodz role. Advise stakeholders, maintain accurate data, and improve global Rewards and logistics processes.

Description

  • Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for compensation, benefits, grading, job evaluations, and international mobility.
  • Help design, administer, and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and mobility programs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver programs effectively.
  • Prepare compensation analyses, salary benchmarks, job evaluations, and Rewards reporting.
  • Maintain accurate data to support well-informed decisions.
  • Improve Rewards processes, tools, policies, and programs.
  • Advise managers, recruiters, and employees on salary structures, incentives, benefits, and international mobility policies and procedures.
  • Monitor transportation capacity and service performance.
  • Coordinate and track shipments while resolving transportation issues and delays.
  • Share shipment updates and escalations with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain high-quality master and transactional data across transportation processes.
  • Analyze transportation KPIs and trends to identify savings and process improvements.
  • Support inbound and outbound transportation planning.
  • Contribute to logistics projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help onboard new carriers and transportation routes.
  • Guide and coach team members on transportation processes, systems, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of Rewards practices, including compensation, benefits, job evaluation methods, salary benchmarking, and international mobility programs.
  • Three to five years of experience in a multinational organization across Rewards, Compensation and Benefits, International Mobility, HR Operations, or a comparable area.
  • Proactive, analytical, customer-focused approach with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in transportation management, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Understanding of international transportation processes, Incoterms, and customs requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using SAP, transportation management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
