Description

  • Acquire new customers and manage complete sales cycles to generate revenue while protecting customer satisfaction.
  • Support nonprofit accounts in community services, healthcare, NGOs, humanitarian aid, credit unions, and related sectors.
  • Identify and understand customers’ business needs and technical requirements.
  • Create tailored solutions with Twilio’s communications API platform.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Guide customers on digital communication strategies and platform adoption.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.
  • Implement automation for high-volume customer service while protecting NPS and reducing churn.

Requirements

  • At least one year of closing, sales development, or business development experience in technical SaaS or CPaaS, with evidence of strong performance.

  • Experience selling technical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage sales forecasts.
