Description
- Advise managers and employees on a broad range of HR matters
- Draft employment-law documents, including contracts, amendments, and employment references
- Track and administer employee absences
- Manage onboarding for new hires
- Create and maintain accurate personnel files
- Assist with recruiting specialists and managers
- Coordinate proactively with Controlling on budget planning and monthly and annual financial close activities
- Work with Payroll on payroll-related matters
- Contribute to special HR projects and other relevant topics
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with an HR focus, or comparable vocational training supplemented by a certified HR specialist qualification
- At least one year of professional HR experience
- Very good knowledge of German employment law and the Works Constitution Act
- Solid understanding of wage tax and social insurance legislation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- A results-focused, structured, and self-directed working style
- Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other locations
