Enterprise Sales Manager - Norway (Remote)

Lead enterprise sales for American Express Global Business Travel’s corporate travel and crew-rotation software business in Norway. Own consultative selling, executive relationships, contract negotiations, and customer implementations.

Description

  • Identify prospects and conduct in-depth discovery with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present Amex GBT’s value proposition
  • Expand Amex GBT’s customer portfolio and revenue through value-based selling, contract negotiation, and new-customer acquisition
  • Maintain expert knowledge of core products, solutions, and customization options
  • Prepare data-driven presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and RFIs/RFPs for executive stakeholders
  • Establish senior executive relationships and lead prospects through discovery, evaluation, and closing
  • Finalize contracts and coordinate successful new-customer implementations with the implementation team
  • Meet quarterly sales objectives, transaction targets, and KPIs by securing profitable business
  • Partner with internal teams to support and accelerate new sales
  • Keep accurate records, quantify ROI, address objections, uphold sales integrity, ensure compliance, and deliver a coordinated client experience

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of demonstrated sales success in the travel and/or EMM industry within a consultative sales environment
  • Advanced proficiency with pipeline management, proposal management, sales enablement, and CRM tools, including Salesforce
  • Strong prospecting expertise with the ability to build and prioritize pipelines by value, sales cycle, and likelihood of winning
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge gained through events, networking, and monitoring trends and regulations
  • Broad market understanding encompassing competitors, industry challenges, technology, and the wider sector landscape
  • Results-focused and competitive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Strong data analysis and financial skills
  • Persistent networking ability, including experience with cold outreach
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time
  • Ability to work remotely
