Director, MTS Training & Development (Onsite)

JLL is seeking a director to lead training development for facility-management systems and operations. The role delivers technical, safety, and customer-service learning programs to teams across North America.

Description

  • Lead comprehensive training programs for technical and operations teams and clients
  • Design learning experiences focused on technical skills, customer service, safety protocols, operational best practices, and process frameworks
  • Develop scalable training solutions for Work Order Management Systems and facility-management operations across North America
  • Produce user guides, video tutorials, interactive e-learning modules, and practical workshop experiences
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training for new hires, current employees, and clients
  • Identify organizational training needs and create targeted programs to close capability gaps
  • Integrate platform updates and new software features into training materials
  • Partner with internal teams and OEMs on system implementations, upgrades, safety initiatives, and operational excellence
  • Measure training impact through participant feedback and performance metrics
  • Maintain a knowledge base covering frequently asked questions and best practices
  • Resolve platform-related issues and help shape training methods, content, and technology roadmaps

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, information technology, business administration, or a related field
  • At least three years of training experience, preferably in software, business operations, or technology-related environments
  • Working knowledge of Corrigo or comparable facility-management software
  • Strong command of adult-learning principles and instructional-design methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Camtasia, Snag-It, Visio, Articulate 360, and e-learning authoring tools for developing training materials
  • Experience using virtual training platforms and learning management systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to travel for on-site training sessions when required
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to adapt training for different regions and languages, including Canada
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Preferred: Training or instructional-design certification, such as CPLP or ATD certification
  • Preferred: Experience in facilities management or a related industry
  • Preferred: Familiarity with JLL operational frameworks and compliance standards
  • Preferred: Bilingual skills to support multilingual training delivery
