Digital Experience Associate — RKD Group (Remote, United States)
Support nonprofit digital marketing programs at RKD Group by coordinating client projects, monitoring campaign performance, and contributing to reporting and strategy.
Description
- Support account teams with client service and relationship management
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Attend client meetings and document key discussion points
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues or opportunities to account leads
- Coordinate digital project delivery across creative, data, technology, media, organic social, SEO, marketing science, and direct mail teams
- Track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones with Pod Managers
- Keep project records and status updates accurate and current
- Support the execution and monitoring of email, digital media, conversion rate optimization, and texting programs
- Collect and consolidate performance data from platforms and internal reporting tools
- Help identify performance trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Contribute to strategy documents, budget trackers, and projection models
- Review reports and provide observations and recommendations under senior team guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field
- One to two years of experience in digital marketing, account coordination, or a related field; relevant internships may qualify
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Familiarity with email, paid media, and social marketing channels is preferred
- Motivation to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
