Founded in 2011 by Thibault Lamarque, Castalie develops French-made, micro-filtered water fountains as an alternative to single-use plastic bottles. Its low-impact water solutions are used by restaurants, hotels, and companies seeking to reduce plastic waste while providing high-quality drinking water. Castalie operates at the intersection of food and beverage, healthcare, and consulting, with a mission focused on improving water access for people and the planet.
