Client Service Executive, Commercial Insurance
Support commercial insurance clients across designated portfolios, serving as their first point of contact and managing queries. The role is with Everywhen, Ardonagh Group’s UK broking and advisory business.

- Support a designated client portfolio
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Support clients by phone and in person

Requirements
- Commercial lines insurance experience is essential
- Customer service experience
- Confidence communicating with clients by phone and in person
- A proactive approach and the ability to use initiative
- An entrepreneurial outlook

- Positive outlook and resilience when adapting to change
