Description
- Answer members’ questions and requests about their accounts
- Provide customer support by phone
- Investigate and resolve account issues
- Explain available products and services to members
- Record customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Protect confidential information and follow company policies
Requirements
- Live within 60 miles of Sandy Springs, Georgia
- Have customer service experience
- Experience in a call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or account support is preferred
- Communicate clearly and solve problems effectively
- Work comfortably in a fast-paced setting
- Navigate multiple systems while helping customers
- Be available to work either Monday through Saturday with Sundays off, or Sunday through Friday with Saturdays off
- Be able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Sandy Springs, Georgia
