- Act as the main contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Handle a high volume of client phone calls and emails
- Schedule service visits and organize technician calendars
- Dispatch crews and provide schedule updates throughout the day
- Prepare, update, and maintain work orders
- Monitor project and service progress to support on-time completion
- Keep customers informed about schedules, delays, and service developments
- Assist with data entry, document administration, and reporting
- Work closely with field crews and leadership to support smooth operations
- Spot operational gaps and help build improved processes, workflows, and best practices
- Keep records accurate while delivering strong customer service at every interaction
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of experience in administration, office coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or customer service
- Experience in a service-based field such as landscaping, irrigation, construction, home services, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is preferred
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating multiple concurrent tasks and activities
- Self-directed and effective with limited supervision
- Focused on processes, structure, and operational efficiency
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business software systems
- Located within a one-hour drive of Kenmore, Washington
