Sports Sales Coordinator, Email and SMS
Run email and SMS campaigns that drive sports facility bookings and pickup-game participation. Manage sales follow-up and coordinate games remotely across Latin America.
विवरण
- Plan and send email and SMS campaigns promoting facility availability, pickup games, registrations and offers.
- Segment audiences by location, sport, interests, booking history and engagement.
- Create and refine welcome, lead follow-up, abandoned booking, reminder, repeat booking and win-back automations.
- Write clear English copy and adapt brand assets for mobile-friendly emails.
- Verify audiences, dates, time zones, prices, links, personalization and suppression rules before launch.
- Monitor delivery failures, bounces, complaints and opt-outs; maintain consent records and list health.
- Test messaging, timing, offers and customer journeys; report on qualified enquiries, paid bookings, repeat participation, revenue and engagement.
- Keep facility availability, dates, time slots, capacity and approved prices accurate.
- Answer customer enquiries, recommend available options, prepare approved quotes, and follow through to booking and payment confirmation.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, record commitments, and pursue renewals and repeat bookings.
- Confirm availability and exceptions with operations before making promises; escalate matters beyond your authority.
- Create and maintain pickup-game listings with location, start time, capacity, price and player instructions.
- Track registrations and fill levels, and use targeted outreach to fill open places.
- Coordinate with local hosts and venue contacts.
- Handle player questions and waitlists, and communicate approved changes.
- Flag games with low enrolment, missing hosts or venue problems; escalate cancellation, refund and safety decisions.
- Track attendance, feedback and repeat participation to improve future games.
- Learn inventory, customer journeys and operating procedures; audit campaigns and establish follow-up and quality assurance routines.
- Own the campaign calendar and sales pipeline, improve priority automations, and make pickup-game coordination reliable.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Hands-on experience creating email campaigns and automations, including SMS campaigns.
- Strong written and spoken English for conversations with North American customers.
- Able to follow up with leads, explain offers and ask for bookings.
- Careful with schedules, prices, customer records and competing deadlines.
- Experience with a CRM and email or SMS platform, such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar tools.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and reports to assess conversion, bookings and campaign performance.
- Reliable communicator who takes ownership of next steps until issues are resolved.
- Available to work evenings and weekends on Toronto/Eastern time.
- Experience in sports, venue bookings, inside sales, event coordination, customer service or ecommerce retention is helpful.
- Complete both standard assessments: the Culture Index survey and Criteria GAME assessment in English.
