- Lead Workday functional architecture by translating business needs into scalable designs across HCM modules
- Configure business processes, security groups, and calculated fields for HR, Benefits, Talent, Compensation, and Security
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other stakeholders to define requirements and recommend Workday-native solutions
- Own the Workday security framework, including policies, security groups, segregation-of-duties controls, and access audits
- Provide architectural direction for acquisitions, reorganizations, multinational rollouts, and new module deployments
- Create and maintain solution specifications, configuration workbooks, process maps, and security matrices
- Coach junior analysts and configuration specialists while serving as the escalation point for complex functional and security matters
- Maintain data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across Workday modules
- Assess and recommend Workday modules and capabilities that support business strategy
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- At least seven years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, including three or more years as a solutions architect, lead configurator, or senior functional consultant
- Advanced functional knowledge of multiple Workday areas, including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Security, and Reporting
- Track record of leading complete Workday implementations, module deployments, or large-scale transformation programs
- Working knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, reporting, and BIRT tools
- Strong consulting and stakeholder-management abilities, with clear communication across technical and executive audiences
- Experience applying change-management practices and release-testing processes
- Workday Pro certification in one or more relevant areas is preferred
