Join Dataciders as a Senior Recruiter focused on recruiting and employer branding. You will fill IT roles and strengthen the company’s employer brand.

- Own recruitment for open roles across junior and senior levels at Dataciders
- Create recruiting strategies tailored to specific target groups
- Apply recruiting strategies and initiatives throughout the complete hiring process
- Partner with managers and advise them on hiring decisions
- Continuously refine recruiting activities, strategies, and initiatives in an agile manner
- Plan and deliver employer branding initiatives, including internal events and trade fairs
- Create a consistently strong candidate experience
- Manage several vacancies concurrently
आवश्यकताएँ
- A completed degree in business administration, psychology, humanities, or a comparable qualification
- Around five years of experience in recruiting and employer branding, ideally spanning job advertising through onboarding
- Confidence using the Personio HR system
- Experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration is advantageous
- Strong communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders
- A structured, independent, and results-focused working style
- A high level of initiative and personal accountability
- The drive to proactively advance topics and initiatives
