  • Support ServiceNow workstreams by engaging clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements.
  • Partner with ServiceNow developers to design, build, implement, and administer applications.
  • Convert complex business needs into technical designs and ServiceNow solutions.
  • Document current processes and pain points, then design future-state workflows.
  • Engage users and stakeholders across project and development phases.
  • Work with technical teams to configure, develop, and improve ServiceNow applications.
  • Maintain knowledge of ServiceNow products, capabilities, and industry developments.
  • Assess ServiceNow implementations and recommend technical improvements.
  • Produce functional deliverables such as process maps, design documents, and communications.
  • Assist with functional testing and training activities.
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • An active, maintained Secret federal or Department of Defense security clearance.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle methods, deliverables, and controls.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities, including GRC, SPM, ITSM, App Engine, and Scoped Apps.
  • Technology consulting experience, including requirements definition, client meeting leadership, UAT facilitation, and training delivery, is preferred.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification is preferred.
  • One or more ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CIS, or CAD, is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to contribute effectively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse audiences and organizational levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of other low-code and no-code platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow solutions.
  • General understanding of financial management, particularly in federal environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
