Qualified Plans Relationship Manager (Remote)
Manage client service and relationship support for qualified retirement plans at Ascensus. The role covers plan administration, compliance coordination, issue resolution, advisor support, and relationship growth.
विवरण
- Deliver proactive service and communications to retirement plan clients.
- Resolve client requests efficiently through phone, letters, and email.
- Build positive relationships with assigned clients and advisors while supporting retention.
- Interpret plan documents to support client plan administration.
- Prepare calculations for plan sponsors, communicate fund actions, answer inquiries, research and resolve issues, provide legal updates, and handle specialized report requests.
- Help plan sponsors and intermediaries use web-based applications, including delivering demonstrations for financial advisors and plan sponsors.
- Work with clients to correct and fund payroll items and manage distribution requests.
- Coordinate plan compliance testing with the compliance team.
- Support final sales presentations and identify cross-sell opportunities as needed.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or a combination of education and industry experience.
- Three to five years of total Retirement Services experience, with an emphasis on daily 401(k), 403(b), or IRA operations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time-management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel 10%.
- ASPPA or CEBS certification is preferred but not required.
