Operations Coordinator — Latin America (Remote)
Coordinate customer scheduling, subcontractors, and operational processes for a growing home-services company serving Latin America. Support handyman repairs, remodeling, and ongoing home maintenance operations.

- Respond professionally and promptly to incoming customer calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Arrange jobs, service calls, and customer appointments from scheduling through confirmation.
- Coordinate subcontractors and service providers to keep assignments organized and progressing.
- Track customer requests, appointments, documentation, and open follow-up items.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized customer, job, scheduling, and CRM records.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance to management.
- Support basic bookkeeping, invoicing, expense monitoring, and related finance administration.
- Build and refine processes and systems that improve the organization and efficiency of daily operations.
- Show initiative by identifying issues, seeking clarification, and developing practical solutions that maintain operational momentum.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Prior experience in office management, operations coordination, business administration, or a comparable position.
- Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
- Practical proficiency with ChatGPT and Claude.
- Strong customer-service skills and professional communication.
- Excellent organization and time-management capabilities.
- Proactive, self-directed, and skilled in problem solving and critical thinking.
- Comfort asking clarifying questions instead of relying on assumptions.
- A dependable execution style focused on achieving results.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and software.
- Experience in construction, contracting, home services, remodeling, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, or field-service teams is highly preferred.
- Prior experience using CRM systems is highly preferred.
- Experience with scheduling, invoicing, bookkeeping, or administrative work is highly preferred.
