  • Respond professionally and promptly to incoming customer calls, emails, and other correspondence.

  • Prior experience in office management, operations coordination, business administration, or a comparable position.
  • Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
  • Practical proficiency with ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Strong customer-service skills and professional communication.
  • Excellent organization and time-management capabilities.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and skilled in problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Comfort asking clarifying questions instead of relying on assumptions.
  • A dependable execution style focused on achieving results.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and software.
  • Experience in construction, contracting, home services, remodeling, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, technicians, or field-service teams is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience using CRM systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling, invoicing, bookkeeping, or administrative work is highly preferred.
