Executive Assistant – Brazil Remote
Support an investment firm founder with calendar management, correspondence, travel, and CRM administration. Coordinate investor relationships and investment opportunities across multiple time zones.

- Manage the Founder’s calendar, coordinating investor, portfolio, and deal-related meetings across multiple time zones
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritize competing requests, and respond effectively as plans change
- Monitor and organize the Founder’s inbox, escalating urgent and deal-sensitive correspondence
- Drive prompt follow-up with important contacts and on active investment opportunities
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel
- Build detailed itineraries and oversee trip logistics
- Make rapid travel adjustments when circumstances change
- Prepare meeting materials, background details, and relationship context for the Founder
- Keep CRM data current, including contacts, relationship histories, and investment pipeline activity
आवश्यकताएँ
- Three or more years of experience supporting senior executives, partners, or principals
- Background in investment management, private equity, venture capital, a family office, or financial services is strongly preferred
- Advanced calendar management and prioritization skills, with accuracy under pressure and across competing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication, a personable manner, and the judgment to anticipate needs and work independently
- High integrity, professionalism, and discretion when managing confidential information and sensitive relationships
- Advanced proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Workspace
- Strong practical knowledge of Zoom and CRM systems
- HubSpot experience is advantageous
- A dedicated, professional remote-work environment
- Availability to work full time during U.S. Eastern Time hours
- Ability to remain effective while priorities change frequently
