- Gather and document business and functional requirements for CRM and related applications
- Lead discovery sessions to define business goals, KPIs, and service needs
- Prepare business requirements documents, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria
- Convert requirements into detailed CRM functional and technical specifications
- Work with CRM engineers, analysts, architects, developers, business stakeholders, external partners, and vendors
- Plan for scalability, security, HIPAA-related data encryption, and maintainability
- Develop test plans, test cases, and validation data for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Support user acceptance testing by tracking defects, prioritizing fixes, managing retesting, and securing stakeholder approval
- Check application performance and validate releases
- Assist with launches, runbooks, standard procedures, cutover checklists, production monitoring, reconciliations, and incident response
- Maintain CRM inventories, data dictionaries, application diagrams, model records, user guides, technical documentation, and component catalogs
- Support CRM governance, privacy, compliance, DevOps, automation, reusable templates, self-service tools, and ongoing improvement
- Apply AI to boost team productivity and streamline analysis workflows

- Complete vocational or technical training in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field plus six years of technical analysis experience; alternatively, hold an associate degree in one of these fields plus five years of experience, or a bachelor's degree plus three years of experience.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst credential
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with the Salesforce CRM platform
- Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- IT business analysis experience
- SQL skills, preferably SOQL
- Experience mapping service business processes
- Healthcare or health insurance experience
- Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms
- Pass a background check and credit check before the start date
