- Build and grow an effective engineering team, overseeing resources and performance while mentoring engineering leaders.
- Set department goals, projects, and resource plans around business and customer priorities.
- Deliver department initiatives on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, company policy, and engineering standards.
- Keep products and processes in a validated state.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Bring new products and processes into production.
- Apply Lean, 5S, and innovation to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and operational performance.

- At least eight years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
- At least five years in a supervisory or management position.
- Project management experience, preferably leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to build, develop, and engage high-performing technical teams.
- Ability to lead cross-functional problem solving.
- Experience applying engineering rigor in regulated medical device manufacturing.
- Experience with risk analysis, problem solving, process validation, and Design for Manufacturing.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps spanning three to five years.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
