- Process new business and revision documents according to established accuracy and turnaround standards
- Draft and update client contracts and employee handbooks
- Address questions from internal business partners
- Review plan design details, request clarification when needed, and confirm the correct outcome
- Evaluate customer requirements and recommend appropriate system configurations
- Work with Service Representatives, Implementation Specialists, and Advisors to resolve plan design questions
- Prioritize and coordinate assignments in a multifunctional work environment
- Investigate escalated concerns and complaints, then drive them toward resolution
- Evaluate and negotiate delivery dates that align with customer expectations
- Contribute to projects as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- Fluency in both French and English is required
- Demonstrated customer service ability and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, self-directed, and capable of resolving problems effectively
- Able to negotiate, develop practical solutions, and work toward mutually acceptable outcomes
- Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks against deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Able to perform under pressure, respond to customer needs, and adapt to change
- Knowledge of Group Benefits is preferred
- Familiarity with Plan Administration systems and their interdependencies is preferred
