Associate Field Service Technician - Ecuador (Remote)
Install, repair, and maintain Diebold Nixdorf hardware and software while supporting customers in the field. Provide customer training and technical assistance for banking and retail solutions.
विवरण
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain product hardware, software, and components, primarily at customer sites
- Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other service activities
- Complete minor product repairs within the assigned territory
- Inspect products to confirm proper operation, resolving issues or escalating them according to established procedures
- Schedule service appointments and complete all required documentation
- Work with customers to ensure service satisfaction and understanding of product functionality
- Learn and follow field service technician practices and procedures
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues through detailed analysis of hardware and software failures
- Perform component-level hardware repairs
- Clean and adjust mechanical components
- Configure and install applicable software
- Complete routine preventive maintenance checks according to documented procedures
- Replenish consumables as instructed
- Install, relocate, add, change, and remove hardware and software products
- Instruct and train customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software
- Support implementation of measures to achieve agreed KPIs
- Assist with special projects as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- Education or equivalent work experience is required
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and field service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A valid driver’s license and driving record that meet Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements
