  • Run detailed intake meetings with hiring managers, using market data to clarify role requirements and recommend recruitment approaches.
  • Coordinate recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Assess candidates against role requirements, present qualified slates, and build ongoing talent pipelines.
  • Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work with hiring leaders on offer details, supported by market data and compensation guidelines.
  • Represent the client brand while advising hiring leaders with recruitment expertise and industry insight.
  • Provide responsive communication and consistent service throughout each search.

Talablar

  • Fluency in Canadian French is required.
  • At least five years of recruitment experience supporting manufacturing roles.
  • High school diploma.
  • Proven recruiting success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
  • Understanding of common HR principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
