Cielo Talent is seeking a senior bilingual recruiter to support manufacturing hiring in Canada. The role manages recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines, candidate communication, and partnerships with hiring leaders.

Run detailed intake meetings with hiring managers, using market data to clarify role requirements and recommend recruitment approaches.
Coordinate recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal teams and stakeholders.
Assess candidates against role requirements, present qualified slates, and build ongoing talent pipelines.
Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
Work with hiring leaders on offer details, supported by market data and compensation guidelines.
Represent the client brand while advising hiring leaders with recruitment expertise and industry insight.
Provide responsive communication and consistent service throughout each search.

Талаптар

Fluency in Canadian French is required.
At least five years of recruitment experience supporting manufacturing roles.
High school diploma.
Proven recruiting success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting tools.
Understanding of common HR principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
