  • Define and document workflows, business processes, and system requirements.
  • Help test delivered functionality by checking it against documented business requirements.
  • Track product performance and collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation that convey findings and recommendations.
  • Help connect business objectives with the functionality delivered by the product.
  • Surface risks, dependencies, and possible gaps across product initiatives.
