- Partner with stakeholders to collect, evaluate, and document business and functional requirements.
- Convert business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Assist Product Owners with product backlog management and refinement.
- Research and analyze opportunities for business growth, process optimization, and product improvements.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Design to clarify requirements and support effective implementation.
- Take part in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Define and document workflows, business processes, and system requirements.
- Help test delivered functionality by checking it against documented business requirements.
- Track product performance and collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation that convey findings and recommendations.
- Help connect business objectives with the functionality delivered by the product.
- Surface risks, dependencies, and possible gaps across product initiatives.
