Tavsif

  • Prepare, verify, and send accurate invoices to clients.
  • Coordinate payment collection efforts and follow up on overdue balances.
  • Process incoming payments by recording, organizing, and applying them to the correct client accounts.
  • Keep client account information and billing records complete and accurate.
  • Investigate and resolve billing inquiries, payment discrepancies, and unapplied funds.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts.
  • Share collection updates and account-status information as required.
  • Become proficient in the firm’s billing, case-management, communications, and operational systems.
  • Protect confidential client and financial information through careful handling.

Talablar

  • At least two years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, payment processing, or a related field.
  • Intermediate or stronger written and spoken English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail when managing financial information and records.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new software and operate across multiple systems.
  • Professional communication skills with a service-oriented approach to clients.
  • Prior billing or administrative experience in a law firm or professional-services setting.
  • Experience using Clio Manage, Lawmatics, or comparable legal billing or case-management software.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience supporting a remote team based in the United States.
